please help! I know there is a free meditation Weds nights in central... where & what time?
I am interested in other great meditation classes as well...and willing to pay for great ones :) Yes i know about the New Age Shop :)

This place advertises free meditation classes in the Hk $saver:

Do not know anything about them. Be careful to avoid signing up for more advanced courses at great cost! You can do meditation on your own reasonably well. I also supply 'meditation machines' if you want to drop me a note!

I attended a vipassana course at their centre in Sheung Shui. It's free and you can make a donation at the end of the 10-day course if you want - no obligation though.
