Need urgent advice

my bf and i hv been fighting a bit more lately. last night he asked me to go to his place after i go out with my fds..said i call him and he waits for me. anyway i went out till 5, but i called him at 3.. no answer. anyway, i went over anyway and he got pissed at me and asked me to leave..how i should have arrived at "reasonable hours" and his place is not hotel (altho i never did this ever). i already sent sms and msn to apologise...

What do you expect his reaction?A hug and a kiss at 5am after you went out all nite?If you guys been fighting a lot.Why you still doing something to piss him off?If other way around.I bet you will ask him to leave too.

Sometimes my gf goes out for Karaoke with friends and does come home at 3-5 a.m. No big deal for me because I know she is having a good time. When I go to bed, I send her an sms and let her know. Your bf was just waiting...waiting and got more angry by the hour. But he could have called you too and i.e. ask if you are still coming or not. I don't think it is completetly you who is at fault. You had an unexpected longer good time with your friends, what is wrong with this? Better then going home early and start argueing again....

i wouldn't like my girl friend to go out late at night even with her friends. 5h00 am? you must be kidding! but more importantly, why nowadays do men accept/tolerate their girl friend to go out that late?

Updates..
get this, he apologised to me! I talked to many of my friends and they all said "wait till mon/tues" but then last night someone pointed out "well if you care about him that much there is no reason to wait". So I called...all nervous yea..before I got to explain myself, he already said he overreacted and that he is sorry. and he didnt even like the fact I "preferred to go out with my friends". men!!!

not many guys would like their girlfriends to say:

"I prefer to go out with my friends"

If you like to also go out with friends say that, but if you prefer to then why on earth do you have this boyfriend? I may be misinterpreting you your writings so forgive me if I am wrong, but it sounds like you want to both have your shortcake and eat it.

no no no, I don't "prefer" to go out with my friends.. actually he said that to me cos I didnt cancel for him at the first place (I suppose). But on sat night I did make plans with my friends so could not get out of it, and it's healthy to have your own social lives, but next time if I am out this late I will definitely go straight home....

sometimes, these things happen. i believe he will not break up with you just because that. he cares that's the reason he got mad. get a chance talk to him. you will win him back : )

Ok Strawberry,
I agree it is healthy to have own lives.
Yeah best to go home not too late on girls night out - it does make a guy wonder and we know what other sorts of guys are lurking around in the early hours of the morning....
