Flatshare

I'm an Australian Chinese going to be relocated to Macau later on this month.

For God knows how long I have been trying to search the internet for an idea of the rental property market in Macau, without much success. Why is that? I know for a fact that there are mega sized apartments in Macau (compared to Hong Kong of course). How come I don't find any advertisement for flatshare? People like to live by themselves? I would love to flatshare with someone for a sizable apartment.

Is the expat community big in Macau?

Hi, I am also looking for a short term flat for 4 Filipino engineers. They will work only up to June. So if anyone wants to rent out their flat for short term, please pm me.
