Team Building activities in Macau

Hello !

I am going to bring my team of 30 workmates from Hong Kong to Macao for a company outing during a week end. I wanted to have some kind of team building activities on the Sunday morning but can't get any good idea or proposal.
We are going to stay at the Venetian and the hotel can organize something but the activities really sound lousy and I am sure that my team (95% Hong Kong people) will find them far too "westerner oriented". A travel agency made me an offer for team building activities at the Macau tower but some of my teammates have already been there and the rest say they will be too scared of hight !
Do you have any suggestions ? It could be anything fun and bonding...

Keep in mind that the Macau indoor games are coming up, so a number of indoor sports facilities are closed over this period to the general public. Probably best to call ahead
