Deed poll----URGENT PLS NEEDED

Hi
I was reverted to Islam and then now i have chnaged my name and I have a document (deedpoll) from a well known masjid in Wan Chai.
I have changed my new name on my Id Card and HKSAR pasport, showing this same document.

I want to know does the BOC (HK) or HSBC have the right to refuse to accpet this document? when the immigration department have accepted it?
Does these banks have the right to ask for my new/old pasport? and refuse to accpet my Id Card as a proof?

Normally, the bank would accept deedpoll as a evidence that you have changed your name.

ok i know the bank should accept the deed poll from a hongkong solictor.

but i got mine from a Masjid not from a solictor, so does the back have any right to reject it?
